On-the-go Case Management for Clients: While the web solution allowed internal teams to manage cases effectively, clients had limited visibility of their case details.

SOLUTIONS & APPROACH
To address these challenges, we developed a mobile application using React Native and .NET CORE for the backend, with a web portal for admins built using React. The solution provided a seamless and user-friendly experience for both clients and admins.
- Robust Case Updates: Clients can securely log in to view their case details. This feature provides clients with comprehensive case information, including the case title, status, updates, and next steps. Additionally, clients can access case documents, track case activity, and book appointments with their attorneys or paralegals directly from the app.
- Real-Time Notifications: Clients receive in-app notifications, SMS, or email updates for any important changes in their cases. This ensures that clients are always informed about their case progress without the need to check manually.
- Survey Management: Admins can create and assign surveys to clients through the web portal. Clients can complete these surveys on the go via the mobile app. This feature enables GED Lawyers to gather valuable client feedback on their services and improve their operations accordingly.
- Event Management: The app displays upcoming events, seminars, or other important dates related to clients’ cases. Admins can dispatch event notifications to users based on their location or legal interests. Clients can also get additional details about events through the mobile interface.
- Secure Authentication: The app supports multi-factor authentication, including biometric (face ID and fingerprint) and social media logins. This ensures a secure and convenient login process while safeguarding sensitive client data.

The mobile app significantly enhanced the client experience by providing a convenient and efficient way to access case details and communication with legal teams, this resulted in enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
